This lovely little cup helps the youngest future artists develop motor skills by tripod gripping the handle and directing a delicious drink to the mouth. It also makes a great little cave, finger spinner, hat, and whatever your child might imagine.
My mother-in-law comes from a family of Waldorf educators, and she gave our daughter this cup when she was first born. She played with it at about six months and started taking little sips of water and breastmilk right away. How exciting! Such independence! Her motor skills are amazing, and I attribute it to this cup.
